How do you ship?

Print-on-demand garments are produced within 3–4 business days after the order is received.

We ship all our products by default with DHL GoGreen.

According to DHL, standard delivery times are approximately 2–3 days within Germany and about 1 week within Europe.

How much are your shipping costs?

Shipping costs vary depending on the product between €0.00 and €8.00 within Germany. Orders over €80.00 qualify for free shipping.

Prices for Europe are calculated individually in the shopping cart.

How can I initiate a return?

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return your items within 14 days of receiving the shipment. See Right of Withdrawal.

The following conditions must be met for a refund:

  • Item must be in original condition
  • Item must be unwashed and unworn
  • Item must be in the original packaging

What fees apply?

  • You bear the cost of return shipping
  • Return shipping fees apply
  • Original shipping costs are not refunded

How quickly will I receive my refund?

Once your return has been received, it will be inspected, and you will usually receive an automatic refund within 10 business days.

How do I request a refund?
